Refund Policy

Samisan Tech Private Limited, a company registered and subsisting under the Companies Act, 2013, bearing CIN U72900MH2022PTC392579, and having its registered office at B-603, Green Park Near TCS Raheja estate, Kulupwadi, Borivali (E), Mumbai – 400066 and official premises at 403, Fourth Floor, Atlanta Estate, ITT Bhatti, near Hanuman Tekdi, Goeraon (E), Mumbai - 400063 (‘Samisan’), has instituted a Refund Policy to ensure fairness and transparency in the process of refunding payments. As part of this Policy, payers are under the obligation to exercise due care and diligence whilst making any payment.

A request for refund will be entertained only in the event an amount exceeding the total invoice value has been credited to Samisan. The acceptance of each such request is subject to strict examination by Samisan. The payers are requested to cooperate in furnishing any such information/document Samisan seeks whilst processing the requests for refunds.

NO OTHER GROUNDS FOR REQUEST FOR REFUND SHALL BE ENTERTAINED, INCLUDING PAYER’S DECIISON TO TERMINATE ANY EULA AND/OR TO STOP USING SAMISAN’S PRODUCT(S) FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVEFR, OR DISSATISFCTION WITH USAGE OF SAMISAN’S PRODUCT(S), AFTER EXPIRATION OF THE TRIAL PERIOD, IF ANY. NEITHER IS SAMISAN OBLIGED TO ACCEPT ALL REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS AND HOLDS THE SOLE DISCRETIONARY POWER IN ACCEPTING OR DECLINING ANY REQUEST FOR REFUND OF PAYMENT.

Samisan reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Refund Policy at anytime. Samisan has the sole discretionary power to make any modifications or alterations in the Refund Policy, as it deems fit and the payers are requested to review the Policy periodically, to be aware of the ongoing changes.
